What's happened to my iPhone 5?

Dear Nashua Mobile,

Where is my phone and what's happened to it?

Portia Mbihiza at your Fourways branch received my Black iPhone 5 on the 18/10/2013 (day of writing is 18/11/2013 - one full month!) and since then my iPhone has disappeared into a black hole within your organisation. No one can give me a straight up answer where it is or what is being done to remedy the situation (warranty claim as device was freezing up).

Fourways have never been able to assist, except for receiving the phone, but neither can the call centre. Standard response I get it that, "sir, your phone is in the repair centre in Kempton Park, they only respond by email." Despite requesting to be cc'd in on these alleged emails that move between departments, I am yet to receive one. So, is it really there and is it repairable/ is it really getting repaired?

Please can some one with any usable information please reach out to me as my patience is at it's end but still would like to resolve this matter in an amicable fashion.
