We paid our account in the amount of R275.20 on 24 October 2011. Ever since then our statement reflects an outstanding amount of R275.20. After several phone calls and e-mails nothing was done to rectify this! We are fed up with their poor service and lack of capability to perform even the smallest tasks.
I was just on the phone to them and a black lady by name of Palisa didn't give me a proper chance to state my case and when I ran out of patience she simply cut me off. I am not willing to wait another 2 - 7 days for them to sort it out - it's already been months!
My issue should receive immediate attention!
The poor service in this country is absurd!
