Pathetic Call Centre Staff

After contacting home choice and requesting a debit order raised on my account for amounts due on my account to run off. I recieved a call from a pathetic rude poorly grammered call centre agent from home choice. with no telephone etiquette what so ever. who was rude and demanded i was late on my payment fair enough thus the debit order was raised by their own staff. however this sore excuse for a human individual with brainless insipid animal who's manners equal to baboon refused to give a me a chance to talk. And refused to listen rude uncooth sad example of home choice sorry excuse for staff that does not even abide by the NCA and divulges customers information to the 1szt person that answers the phone.
i later called in and another agent confirmed the debit order was set to go off tomorrow. Was this monstrousity and illiterate ill mannered indiviual really the type of people home choice hires. the agent did no security checks the agent had no way to be sure they were speaking to the account holder yet divulged details about my account.
