I have 2 contracts with MTN both of which I opened at the MTN Bank City Shop.

I wished to open up a 3rd contract for my wife, but was absolutely disgusted by the attitude of the sales rep that assisted me.

I felt as if she was talking to me as if I was stupid. I actually feel like cancelling all my contracts.
