Please sort out this mess as i did not open an acc

I received an sms and a call from 8-ta saying that "I am in breach of contract and must pay R2500 72hours" I immediately called 8ta because I do not have any contracts with them, I did not go to any of their branches to open an account, I was told that someone opened an account in October 2013 at the Pretoria branch, I asked them how do they open an accountant without proper paper work, I was told they are busy investigating and will receive a call on Friday the 31st of Jan 2014 to my surprise its Tuesday and no one called me, I called them on the 03/02/2014 and they put me on hold for 10 minutes then just told me it's still being investigated, 8ta is desperate for people to take contracts that they opened two contracts using my ID number and the rest of the info used is incorrect and now that the person that took the contract is not paying now they have a nerve to call me to pay, I WANT AN EXPLANATION
