Mira has debited on behalf of Froggie air time from my minor son's phone. How does this happen? The airtime sent to him did not even register on his phone. There are NO agreements for this service. I have only been able to locate MTN subscribers who have been affected. The Call centre agent was unable to assist me and wanted to refer my call to Ivana at Froggie (US CELL???) but Ivana was not taking calls. Looking at this list of complaints that would be understandable.
