I have sent numerous e-mails to Marc Maleking who dealt with my claim. He informed me that the claim payment will take 5-7 working days. Today is the 7th working day. No payment was received. I want to know if there is anything they need and when will my claim be paid? I have sent 3 e-mails to Marc Maleking and [Email Removed] Claim Reference No: 105876890. I don't even get an e-mail back confirming receipt of the e-mail and not to talk about the call centre number: 083 123 6084, which never gets answered. This is the most pathetic service I have received from Mtn and will cancell all my contracts should they come up for renewall/upgrade.
