I logged a call with Vodacom to say that reception on 3G is bad in my area. I received at least 3 phone calls and 2 emails informing me exactly what was going on and the call was passed to the Radio dept who did an investigation and informed me that there are plans for a new tower in my area to sort out my issue.
I was very impressed with the feedback and with Vodacom's efforts to make me happy.
