A year ago Cell C deactivated my cellphone account even though there was almost R50-00 credit to the account. The account was restored after Cell C reacted to my complaint through 'Hello Peter'.
Now, almost 12 month's to the day, Cell C has again unlawfully deactivated this account - which is in credit. I understand this is unlawful in terms on the Consumer Protection Act.
I demand this cellphone account be reinstated at once.
