Lack of knowledge, accountability and service

My dad passed away, a few weeks ago, so I approached the Vodacom branch at the Fourways Mall to assist me with canceling his Vodacom contract. I asked them what the process and fees would be first telephonically and then I went to them in person to hand over all the documents.
Kgotso explained that there would be no fees to cancel although we would loose any free minutes that had been accumulated. I asked that the SIM card be migrated to a pay as you go, and that the calls be diverted to my cell number, so that I could still take any calls that my father may still received as his passing was very sudden. I saw Kgotso on the Sunday morning and he told me that he would do everything we agreed on the Monday morning. I provided him with my contact details. Two weeks later i followed up, to confirm all had been done, as I had no feedback, only to be told my paperwork had been lost and i needed to re send. I asked Ewert to take ownership this time. I have since sent numerous mails to the Legal department who refuses to get a senior person to contact me. NOW there are fees due that I was never told about. Legal staff refusing contact request Vernon Montshiwagae, and Singita Khosa. HELP!
