MTN-TERRIBBLE ATTITUDE AND POOR SERVICE

I am digusted by the way i was treated at the grrenstore on Sunday 03/02/2013. The store "apparently closes at 16:00pm i was infact at the store at 14:30pm and stood in the que for almost 30mins there was only two consultants and really no order in the store. there was no host no greet and assist people waiting in the long line. I then left the line and went to Dischem which is opposite the mtn i walked back to the store at about 15:45 and there was a lady closing the doors and was on the phone i waited to ask here exactly what time there was closing and what stock they had as i had bad experience at mtn midrand and mtn festival therefore i came to greenstone... but no luck there either, infact it was the worse experience of the two stores, she rudely and almost oush us out of the store with the door while on the phone. I then knocked the door to tell her its not 16:00pm as yet and she jus rudely looked away. I tried calling the emergency number on the glass door and there was no answer as well.

This is for me is terrible service infact not service at all, infact with the new CPA law, mtn has a lot to loose.

i would rather go to the new 8ta store a few shops away!
