Looking desperately for a solution

Hello Peter this is irt an querie for an account for Vodacom backdated to 2009 which I reported to Hello Peter. I have not heard anything from Vodacom since July 2012 and assumed this complaint must be resolved. However I have received a letter from TS Legal services on 13 Sept 2013. I sent an email to TS Legal Services & cc'ed Hello Peter on the email dd 17/10/2013. Please help me to get this out of the way, iI am currently under debt review with Summit Financial Wellbeing & I am trying very hard to get out of my financial struggles & then to stay debt-free.
