On 24 Oct. 2013 I bought a phone at home as I was trying to charge it didn't't charge. On 25 Oct 2013 I sent it back and they tested it and found that the charger was faulty. They then offered me an old charger which I refused totally cause from what I know they were suppose to give me a you phone. They told me they will book it (OBF) and it will take 5 to 10 days. I went back on the 14 Nov. 2013 and they gave me a new phone, I then asked them why they didn't gave me a new phone before cause seven days was not reached. I also asked I'm suppose to pay on the 15 Nov. 2013 for something that wasn't in my possession for almost 20 days. They told me I should have bought a new phone and put the sim card inside it. Was that the way they were suppose to respond to me as a customer. Why do I have to suffer because of their ignorance, they were so rude to me when I returned the phone to them telling me that they were doing a favour for me. What favour was that (to take an old charger wherelse I will be paying monthly). Even to tell me that I was suppose 2 buy a new phone. I'm not prepared to pay for their ignorance.
