I opened a new contract with MTN as a number for life (something I shouldn't have done).
None of my two phones (the old and new one) are working because that excuse for a consultant by the name of Kathrene did not do her job, nor does she know what to do!
The contract is active on the wrong sim, she does not have a fricken clue what she has to do. With my knowledge (working for one of the cell phone SP's) had to tell her exactly what to do.
Everytime I try to call her for flippen feedback, she hides behind "I am busy with a client" excuse. MTN and their employees are pathetic beyond measure!!
Spend two days unreachable because MTN either does not provide their people with training or that lady is simply stupid!!
