I went into the MTN Store Hout Bay 3 weeks ago to upgrade/renew my Mobile contract. I was told the handset will be at the store in the next week I was assisted by the only lady take works in this store. I had to call 4 Times to follow up on delivery as this was taking abnormally long. I was told each time they are still waiting on stock but I will be contacted soon. 3weeks passed now I called them once again only to be told by the only gentleman that works in this store "oh sorry but Samsung no longer makes these phones, you will needs to choose something else..." OR listen to this "... you are welcome to go somewhere else and try to get this phone" after asking why I wasn't contacted sooner he tells me It wasn't his responsibility to call me as I am not his client! Unbelievable!!! I have been a client for a long time and pay my contract without fail, and always eager to upgrade and renew. I am the customer and I expect to be treated as such. I ordered a handset which I expect or an alternative at the same price! I am very familiar with the Consumer Protection Act, and this is NOT service delivery!
