After months of incompetency in trying to get ownership of an account changed we got a notification it was declined. I Called call center to find out why the change of ownership was declined, 1st consultant told me that there is no reason on the system but it is USUALLY due to a failed credit check, when I asked for that to be confirmed I was put on hold and redirected to reception, and then redirected to another consultant, I had to retell the whole story, same thing put on hold - over 15 mins on hold i put the phone down, DON'T use auto page, they cant do anything right. i have been with autopage 13 years and have watched as they have got worse and worse, time to change to someone with an idea of customer service!
