this is nw my 2nd complaint to this company - nobody there seems to give a about customer service. i am sick and tired of dealing with a Lindo Ngubelanga who is always so non responsive.
i need to know when this money will reach my account - i have been promised this refund would have taken place 3 weeks ago. i am going to open a police case against groupon as they are withholding my refund... this is non sense.
the managers there are always on tea break, lunch or in "meetings" i have made abt 19 calls to the useless call centre and i have been made promises that managers will call me back... its been 2 weeks and not a single manager has the decency to call me. what can off service do you people offer? this is service!
