General Poor Service

I took out 2 contracts for my kids in June this year. Initially just after I took out the contracts, airtime and data was mysteriously debited from both accounts. I queried this with the store and they sent an email to the head office and copied me in. To date I have not had a response.
The following month airtime was debited from both accounts.
I get charged for itemised billing and would like to check if the fault is on my side but I don't even get a copy of the itemised billing to check the debits. This too I queried and am still waiting for a response.
I would also like to check how and why I was debited for 3 months this month but I can't check this because I do not get itemised billing.
I tried registering on the website to access the itemised billing and constantly get the error "The system to send your one time pin is currently offline. Please try again shortly"
I am extremely busy at work and don't have the time to constantly follow up with a service that should be provided for correctly in the first place.
I was really keen to try out Virgin Mobile not being one of the Big 3 cellular companies but your poor service is really disappointing. WAKE UP VIRGIN MOBILE!!!
