T is quite disturbing that after numerous attempted phone calls and emails that I have not received any form of satisfaction from Jenny Santiago. This is the reporting manager for Virasha Mocktar. I have lodge a concern after my cell phone average bill increased from R529 to almost R700pm due to an upgrade that I have done. I was told that I can do a migration from the top up 500 package to the 350 top up package. Between MNT store Celex in New Redruth Alberton a lady that I was dealing with Nadia, Virasha Mocktar and now Jenny Santiago the matter cannot be resolved. Nadia is telling me the migration cost to downgrade is R550 and Virasha Mocktar told me the cost is close to almost R1700. I have shown my concern from the 1st month of my upgrade and was told I can wait 3 months to do a downgrade.. Why do I have now to pay this unnecessary cost. This form of really poor service is such a letdown following such a good compliment I made to Gerald Alexander. I also like to mention that I spoke to Norma at Celex MTN New Redruth yesterday. I was told that she will call me back yesterday 19/03/2013... I was not called back at all.
