DEBITED MY ACCOUNT EARLY THUS CHARGED PENALTY

In May/June 2013 I switched my bank to FNB. They also switched my debit orders for me, and I was told that Autopage was instructed to only debit my account on the last day of the month. However, they debited my account on the 20th, and due to not having enough funds in my account, I was charged a R57 incidental credit fee. I phoned the customer care and was told to fax through my bank statement so they could review it and pay the R57 back to me. I have faxed it through twice and still have not had the money refunded.
This needs to be sorted out ASAP, as it is NOT my responsibility to pay a R57 penalty fee due to Autopage mixing up the debit order dates.
