I noticed content charges on my account in January 2012 which I did not subscribed to. Since then I was unable to cancel this service before the amount totalled over R700. My monthly subs also got changed to a higher amount after 4 months of upgrading. These higher subs I only got back months later after making numerous calls to numerous departments and/or branches. I opened a Waspa case, but also without a positive outcome. This month I noticed that the content charges are back again on my cellphone account. My name was put on the credit bureau as a slow payer for something that I did not subscribed to. Please help!
