Paying for something that was not authorised

My father took out a cell c contract for my brother, my brother noticed we are paying for a service called "get it" on the bill. called into the call center, got a rude lady on the line, i think her name was Fagemeeda, i asked to speak to her manager. i then spoke to Lungisa after holding on for 6 minutes. both these ladies explained to me that i cannot give out my fathers details, even though i had them all. this is utter nonsense, i now understand why my father refuses to deal with call centers. no one gave cell c permission to add that service to the bill, when i try and resolve that issue, i get told i cant do it myself. my father WILL not call the call center, he gave me instructions to solve the matter but cell c wont allow me to. i was then given the number for "cell c get it" and the number doesnt even exist. cell c, get you things in order. call me, the vodacom number, not the cell c numbe
