Consultant failed to do her jo

I had booked in my phone for repairs.when it came back the insurance had to replace it because it was beyond repairs.the consultant that helped me gave me Q5 because the phone that I was using (9900) it was discontinued, she never bothered changing the data that I was given into the 1 that's going to accommodate the Q5 that I was given now I'm stuck with bundles that are expiring because I cannot use them on the new phone that I got.i have called mtn callcentre everyone is saying they cannot help me il have to go back to north gate, thing is I'm writing exams i don't have time to go there right now.
