I am so tired in how they treat us as customers, This morning, my services were discontinued for no apparent reason, I called the service centre twice, the first call placed was when I had to hold on for 15 minutes using my mobile and then another 11 minutes with the agent. The agent confirmed my services were suspended, why? I dont know as I am on debit order and have NEVER failed a payment. She reset my services and mentioned, in 15 minutes, i would be up and running, two hours later, still suspended. I called the call centre again and waited for a further 25 minutes using my mobile. I even sent two sms. NOTHING!!another 20 minutes holding on with NO resolution. I would appreciated if the MD of this organisation can take it upon himself to enquire an have this resolved today and I would like a valid reason as to why my services were disconnected. This is NOT the service levels we expect from Mutichoice.
