STILL no FEEDBACK

I have emailed MTN everyday from the 5th of movember in connection with my Online logging details which i got a pop up to advise a mail will be generated and i can click on the link, that mail has still not arrived in my inbox. i have emailed them non stop and yes you know the answer, still no response from webmaster or the customer care emails address.

ANY response would be great so i can LOG INTO MY ACCOUNT
