I entered a groupon ' movember competition' on facebook. For most of the duration of this competition the app did not load correctly, i checked everyday to see how many people "liked" my picture blissfully unaware that the app did not display the "vote" button at all . only 3 days before the competition was meant to close, the app began to display the "vote" button.
I wrote an e-mail and received a confirmation of receipt mail back however i have NEVER got a response to my query. furthermore i wrote TWICE on Groupons facebook wall but still no response and my posts magically disappeared which i can only assume means that they deleted my complaint off there page!!!
Groupon has cheated their facebook followers and i am very unsatisfied with their disgusting customer care, to this day 28/01/13 Groupon still have not announced a winner of the movember competition.
i am not the first person to complain about groupon S.A abysmal customer service and certainly will not be the last.. talk about a sour taste in your mouth.
