Thanks for the Extortion

My Blackberry was in Jan. My statements just shows opening and closing balance, so only in June did i notice I was still paying for the BIS service. Why wasn't I notified when my SIM was inserted into a phone that is not a Blackberry?
It was only cancelled last month after upgrading (only because I asked). I phoned the SP and was told that my statement do in fact showed the Blackberry service. They refunded me R29. What a of.
So I requested to speak to a supervisor and was told (by Inesh Reddi, who is useless) that he's on the phone and would call me. He never did. I Phoned back 2 weeks later. Finally got through to the supervisor, who apparently thinks it is fair to be charged for a service that you can't use or know off, because I never expressly canceled it. Also it would take them 3 days to compare the statement with the one he supposedly had in front of him. Frankly I'm as. I was charged for a service that I didn't and couldn't use, and didn't know about. It was insinuated twice that I was lying about the statements. I was told I would be phoned back and never was. And finally I got extorted. Not cool MTN, not cool. I want my money back
