Have logged numerous queries via website, no response to account queries. New website, cannot access after new registration, e-mail sent through 23rd September 2013, reply says contact customer care on no 1761, get another reference no, still no reply! Being over charged for on contract for 6 months, no resolution.
Latest bill charges me for 2 upgrades in October, have popped into Canal Walk branch, still no progress.
Very frustrated!
