I previously complained here with regards to a Vodacom account of mine that has legally prescribed and I claimed prescription. Vodacom just straight out refused to accept my claim even though the account now legally does not exist and they will not be able to collect on this account. I need Vodacom to write off this debt as is legally required by law. I will most probably be forced to complain through different legal channels now.
