Have2Have's customer service is worse than!! After organizing with Simon Swanich to have my faulty item sent to the USA on the 23rd of July. About 5 days later, the items was delivered in the USA so i sent Simon a mail to get an update on the new tracking number that the item will be sent back with. After numerous emails that got ignored and tickets logged on their system which gets closed immediately after logging, i have no idea what the progress is on my package. Its been exactly one month now and no reply was given on any of my queries. I went on and saw several other people with the same problem. I assume that my parcel, witch cost me more that 4k thus far has been lost.
To all people out there that thought of doing business with Have2have, i suggest that you find some other place to buy your stuff. I've never experienced such bad customer service...
