Our diginet line has been down for one week and the SLA say 48 hours. we have lost 600k in income and we are a call center. We have been forced to make a business decision to closed at the end of November as the income will not sustain December. The amazing part is that one of the campaigns in our business is Telkom business so if they are not taking care of their own why will they worry about you... Please do not use them their turn around times will cripple your business.
