BILLING ON A CLOSED ACCOUNT?!

I have given Vodacom notice to close my account. It was closed effective 30 October 2013 and converted to prepaid on the 31st. I have just received another account and have been billed for roaming sms's made on the 4th of November. The best of all I never made any international sms'. My account was always blocked for roaming that included sms's. I could receive but not make. My account was then closed on the 30th?! Vodacom must correct this because I do not have any obligation to them. They do as they please and you as customer must just pay and pay and pay.
