I have converted my contract to prepaid effective 30 October 2013. I was requested to load airtime within 48 hours of conversion. I loaded airtime on the 31st. My number was open for roaming prior to conversion and since the 30th cannot make, receive calls or sms'. I have requested [Email Removed] and customer service to assist. I received emails asking for security questions which was answered. It is now 6 days and are stranded without my international roaming. I have emailed about 8 times pleading for help but without any positive response. Vodacom just does not care. Pathetic!!!
