Hi,

In September of last year as well as March this year i was found paying for large bills, which i acknowledge was acceptable due to me travelling overseas during those months.

I made arrangements to have these amounts paid off over 3 months as MTN allows you to do this, all went according to plan and the correct amounts were deducted and i was happy.

2 weeks ago i was found in a situation where i needed to apply for vehicle finance and one of the banks had declined my finance due to me defaulting on payments which are these MTN payments, in the months of Oct/ Nov 2012 and April/ May 2013.

I find this very insulting that when an agreement was reached that MTN would still go and list my name as defaulting on payment, and now only MTN can correct this.
