I have been trying to port my old vodacom number to 8ta with no luck. I now can only receive sms's and phone calls from 8ta subscribers. I cannot make any payments online, cannot receive important calls.
Pretty soon this will end up with money being lost, late payments, or patients not being seen.
Somebody is going to have to take responsibility soon. All I hear is "we have ESCALATED".
