Poor Service of Network and feedback from 8ta

During last month I have being seriously affected by poor service network from 8ta. I have raised these queries with the 8ta store and logged queries via they call centre and up to date I have not received any feedback from 8ta.

The problem I'm faced with is the receiving and dialling of calls. I have an unlimited contract. When a person tries to call me, the call goes to voice mail, miss call or will ring and I would answer. This can happen three times from the same number when both phones can be next to each other or same network coverage.

I'm experience an average of 20 to 30 miss calls a day, which should not be miss calls, This phone is used for businesses purposes and its effecting me from trading, which is a result of lost sales
I spend an average of 2000 with 8ta per month, I my pretty sure this is good business for them, but the return investment on customer service is none existing
