I was going through my bank accounts as there where extra charges for non returned debts. Upon further investigation i saw charges going off on the 15th that i could not identify. Went to my bank &saw amounts of R19 with ref Phob MD - 1677653-1 and R19 with ref Milc MD - 1677653-2 and R49 with ref Somu MD -1677653-4 and R62.50 Fonesure MD-1677653-3 .in total adding up to R149.50. starting from
August.
The bank consultant gave me the number of phonebox 0861999339. i called the number A person by the Name of Anthony Mayndur assisted by only telling me to call another number 0861002260 to have this investigated. i called 0861002260 and spoke to Natalie and she picked up the reference only telling me that a person of Nkosinathi had used my bank details. i was shocked. She said to call autopage who couldnt pick up anything
i then called 0861002260 again spoke to another consultant who gave me a mobile direct number 0861 000 568 cus apparently the ref MD stands for mobile direct. Bt couldnt get through. i was clearly given the run around. Can someone please help?? Phonebox why give ur call centre number to a bank if you cant assist. im so angry that some1 frauded me.
