On the 28 October 2013 at 14.01 i report a complain about MTN Direct.. Since the 16 October my wife's cell is disconnected. Sy has a prepaid phone at MTN and pay's her internet fee of R89 each month. Still they disconnect it and that is not fair. Why! Why!! Why!! This is a terrible frustration and nobody could or would help with the problem. Please Mtn enough is enough.
