Phoned twice to disconect internet but stil paying

I phoned telkom twice in the end of August 2013 to disconnect my internet service of my landline.
Before that i phoned them and they told me have to give a month advange if want to disconnect, so I did.

Thought everything is sorted ou but there was amount of 583.35 withdrawn from my acount for November.
I went to Telkom in Potchefstroom to sort this out, and the only respons they have is showing me to the telephone in the corner to phone 10210 and pres 2, i did go and waited 20 minutes on the line and no answerr.

Ask them again if they can help me sort it out cant wait that long. they just said that the only thing, So now my question waht is the point of a telkom store if u have to phone with a problem.

I just want to sort my bill out, they still withdraw the 430 for the internet that i disconnected 2 months ago.
