I have complained on various occasions about the terrible signal coverage in our aria, and requested a refund as I am experiencing multiple calls being dropped due to Vodacom's bad signal. I have three businesses in Middelburg and this problem is causing losses in my companies as my customers are struggling to contact us and complete the conversation they called for.
It seems as if Vodacom don't care any more and only value their payments that they must receive each month.
Please help.
