I recently had a problem with my ADSL line. The line was inactive for more than a month until the problem was fixed. I was reimbursed a lousy 25% for the time that the line was inactive but still had to pay the other 75% for an inactive service. What a ripoff!
I contacted customer support and up to now nearly 2 weeks later it still haven't been resolved.
I am really disappointed in the service that Web Africa renders.
I am considering a new service provider.
