I have found out from my bank that there is a Cell c deduction of R175.00 that goes off every month since 2009. i have never had any account with Cell C. i had since lodged a complaint with Cell C since August 2012 but i still dont get any feedback and everytime I call I speak to a call centre agent who tells me that matter is being investigated but yet at the same time they dont stop taking my money. I have consulted my Legal Advisor and they have also been sending him from pillar to post, telling him one and the very old story "case is being envistigated" and that response will be given in 48hours. its more then 7 months now but nothing has happed. i have asked them to send me copy of delivery note that was signed by myself when they delivered a cell phe but till today they have failed.
