I have 3 contract and 2 Prepaid lines with MTN. I called after the 22nd October 2013 to change my debit dates from the 1st to the 7th of every month. The consultant at 808, advised me that for November the payments with MTN is already scheduled to take place therefore it will still go off on the 1st November and thereafter the 7th December going forward. I noticed that payment on the 1st and 7th November 2013, there was 2 payments that took place for this month. My accounts are 100% up to date, and I am one of those high rated customer. I called 808 on the 8th November and spoken to Bongani Twala Ref: 106939534, he tried to justify this mishap which is upsetting. He advised me that he will ensure that my monies will be credited back into my account, however this not take place. I want my money refunded and this is none sense, If this is how you treat your loyal customers then I will switch my service provider, as i don't need this and I will seek legal advise.
