BAD CUSTOMER SERVICE FROM BOKSBURG C-TRAC DEALER

The C-track tracking unit fitted onto our vehicle never worked even once. We informed the dealer but there was no helpful response. We visited the dealer in person after few days to alert them again. They promised to attend to the problem. Still the unit did not work. After about a week or so we visited the dealer again and insisted that they test the unit whilst we were in the store. They confirmed that the unit was not working. The salesperson, Albert apparently sent an email whilst we were in the store to his support centre. He then asked us to leave and promised to call as soon as the support centre gave him a response. A day passed without any call. When I followed up with him to complain about his service he hung up the phone. I called and requested to speak to someone in high authority. I was given the mobile number of Annelize, the sales manager who was at the time attending a conference. I called the mobile number but Annelize did not pick up my call and she did not return my call. Minutes after this pathetic response I received 1x invoice with a lower amount. I wrote back and explained my situation and they sent another 2x invoices with higher amounts this time.
