I recently ordered a iPhone 4 online for R1999, and paid immediately.

Almost a week later NO delivery. Had to make about 10 phone calls (and got cut off at least 7 times, the other 3 times I was greeted with extremely bad attitudes) to try and find out what's going on. NO communication from MTN. Now I am told that my order went into space and there was a problem with their system. Apparently the system showed there was stock, but they were actually out of stock by then. This is an absolute lie, because I know of people who ordered AFTER me and they already received their goods.
I don't want to be reimbursed due to incompetence - I want what I ordered AND paid for.
Don't to your customers.
And also their "top" management are so rude, they cut you off the phone, don't take my calls, don't return my calls etc.
