In a week they cant do a simswop for the new phone on a new contract. Everytime the answer is we did send it to the technical people and it wil take 2-24hrs. They told me that on Tuesday last week, on Thursday last week, on Saterday last week. Then got another simcard on Sunday and again nothing happened in 24 hrs. Everytime get an apology and we are talking to the technicions and stil sit with new phone I cant do anything with. Send various mail this morning and again no response. Terrible service
