My car broke down 3months ago. we couldnt get a part for my car. Last week Thursday we delivered the part at RTC. Was told that we will have the car by the end Thursday. Got a call late Thursday afternoon asking us to bring the spare key the Friday coz they lost my key. What the. So Friday they said we can get the car on Saturday only. Sat came, they had another excuse why we can not get the car. Never mind the guy thats supposed to be working on the car smells like a liquor store. So it is Tuesday today and still no car. Everytime we ask for feed back they say they wil phone back. But they never do. And everytime they have a different excuse why we can not get the car that day. They have 2 guys working on the car and they each have a different story everytime!!! This is the worst service ever. Ill make sure that no one I know ever use their services!
