FNB PayPal $450 paid to us 15 Nov - Still no money

Bookdealers signed up with PayPal on 15 Nov 2013 & was paid $450 by New York customer. I have had numerous problems with PayPal system and FNB online banking. It is now 29 Nov and we still haven't been paid the $450. FNB Internet banking has been unable to set up an internet profile for Bookdealers, so that the funds can be transferred into our Standard Bank account. I contacted FNB's PayPal hotline on Tuesday 26 at 3pm - at 6pm the query was logged - Reference No 1-774939446. A 24-48 hour turnover time is promised. I have repeatedly phoned and emailed their technical services hotline - [Email Removed] (Simon Tlamama); [Email Removed] (Anthony Nel) and [Email Removed] (Bongi Sekhasimbe). This morning - 64 Hours later - I was told by Thabang of technical services that the query had been handed over to their developers/programmers and that he now has NO IDEA HOW LONG IT IS GOING TO TAKE. PayPal registration and payment 15 November - 13 days later we still do not have the $450 that is owed to us.
