When I upgraded my iPhone contract on 5 July 2013 at Vodashop Newcastle Mall, I also purchased a flip-cover for my new iPhone 5. I bought the OZAKI O! Coat folio leather case with card pocket for R499. After a month the flip-cover started to fall apart. I went back to Vodashop and complained about the cover and showed it to them. they just told me that they will inform the OZAKI rep when he comes around again and will ask him to phone me. In the first place, I did not buy the product directly from OZAKI, I bought it from Vodashop. Secondly, I believe that Vodashop should guarantee expensive products like this en take responsibility for their own customer satisfaction.
Nevertheless, a month already passes and I have not heard anything from either Vodashop or OZAKI. I am dissapointed in Vodashop and will never consider an OZAKI product again.
