Autopage Cellular - frustrating service

About a month ago I dropped my phone in water and sent it to my service provider autopage cellular. I had asked to be called for a quote on the cost of the damage. Nobody called for several days. When I eventually called they had lost my phone! it took 3 days and several phone calls from my side for them to find it. Once they did I asked that they repair it, they said they would do it in house and it would take 2/3 days. its been weeks and I am yet to receive my phone. The managers don't care and neither do the staff. 3 days ago I asked for my phone to be returned to me, but it was locked away and nobody had the key. I was advised to come back over the weekend and when I did I was told that the repair centre is closed. I am yet to receive my phone. I will never deal with this service provider again!
